Anti ageing precautions

sun damages skin

At some point in our lives  we decide that it is war time for us to tackle the subject of premature aging or slowing down the signs of the aging process, especially on our faces.  There are many products available, and these on the whole work very effectively, but before we invest in any of these products there are few changes we should make to our lifestyles.  These are not major changes, but these will improve the efficiency of any products that we decide to buy.  Here we will cover a few of the simpler methods that will allow us to have a younger looking skin, and a faster time with less productive waste.

First and foremost, we must tackle the effect of the sun on our skin.  The sun is something we originally thought was of very beneficial to our health, and many people spent hours at and hours of their lives every week on sun beds.  Now, these same people have unfortunately suffered greatly with premature signs of aging. .  Unfortunately, this is practically irreversible by normal means, such is the damage that has been done at the cellular level, although a great many of these individuals still use sun beds as a way to have the darker skin mask the wrinkles that are in plain sight.

Although, there are many sun protection solutions available over-the-counter, there are some simple, no chemical solutions, that are easily implemented that often work at least as well.  We are talking about sun hats, T-shirts, or even general shade.  Sun hats should consist of  wide rimmed cotton or  straw construction.  This will shield the face and any other part of from the ultraviolet radiation of the sun.  Sunglasses are all so they must because they need to shield the skin around the eyes susceptible to wrinkling because of  sun damage.  This is also beneficial to the eyes because they reduce the  ultraviolet radiation damaging the eye itself.  Be also aware of reflective surfaces, such as sand,  light-colored walls or other surfaces that will reflect light and also the ultraviolet wavelengths .

Dehydration skin damage
Dehydration of the skin is another factor that can affect aging signs.  Although this is rarely responsible directly, this has secondary factors that to affect wrinkles on the skin.  Foremost, waters often cleanse the body’s system.  This  level of hydration can also calls the skin to puff a little but is more likely to produce

water retention problems, especially in women.  If you do not have a problem with this then it will not harm you to keep your body very hydrated.  Surface hydration is another matter.  Keeping the surface hydrated is a very tricky business, especially if you’re going out in the sun, because the sun can refract through the liquid and this intensifiers any damaging affect from the sun’s rays.  The only real solution to this problem is the use of high’s power, sunblock.

Applying sun block
And lastly we come to caffeine and cigarette smoking.  Caffeine has been known to make the body dehydrate and this can cause a low fluid supply within the body.  Smoking and nicotine has been shown to have negative effects on the quality of the constituent of cells, and this is obviously something we wish to avoid  not only can we sufferer from taking the smoke internally but also from smoky rooms.

We hope this information has been useful to you, and at least you are aware that there are many things that damage your skin, and can be implemented at any age, up and the sooner the better.  It is never too early to protect your skin from extraneous damage.
