Common myths for cellulite removal

There are many myths concerning the removal of cellulite at a natural level. The drinking of water as a detoxifying treatments can be useful, but this is more of a secondary major in whereby you improve the condition of your skin and your body in the hopes that this will also attack the cellulite. Although this is partially true, you’re unlikely to see any real effect if your skin is already in good condition.

Avoiding tea

Tea is a diuretic, and this causes you to lose water, but does not help with water retention, and therefore dehydrates the skin. This is also not true. Tea contains a high level of antioxidants, and is not really one of the things that you wish to remove from your diet. Drinking large amounts of tea will cause you to expel more urine than normal, but this is also replenished by water, and therefore has no ill effects. Caffeine and alcohol, are both stimulants as well as other effects, and also diuretics, but so not usually replenished by water when thirsty. There are a number of other teas including dandelion, and nettle tea that’s also have diuretic effects, but are still worthwhile taking if you wish to improve your health, and treat your skin for antiaging.

Massaging does not work

Many people believe that’s massaging cannot possibly work for cellulite removal, because cellulite removal requires something other than manipulating the skin. Many believe that deep massaging cannot work, because cellulite is only just beneath the skin, and again deep massaging can only improve the circulation, and the removal of wastes and toxins, and this is a secondary effects that may reduce cellulite. This is not to be confused with machine-based massaging machines.

Brushing the skin

Brushing the skin away from the hostile to the heart has often been thought to be away to increase blood flow and lymphatic systems, and is a good way to treat cellulite. This is a total waste of time not only for the removal of cellulite, but also for the other reasons, at most this will give you skin surface stimulation which would encourage the blood to flow to the surface, and this may rejuvenate the skin, but will do virtually nothing for cellulite as this amount of stimulation is extremely minor.

Exfoliation for cellulite removal

This is hardly worth mentioning, exfoliation, though good for helping the skin to look young and remain taut, has no effect on cellulite whatsoever, if you were to exfoliates with a harsh pad, then this would increase the blood supply to the skin, and may help with removing toxins from the skin, but this would be hard to see any benefits that would affect the subcutaneous fat and cellulite fat. It must be said exfoliation is a must for good skin, but is most definitely worthless for cellulite control.

Cellulite is only for fat people

It is commonly believed that cellulite only affects those overweight. This is not true, there are 2 forms of cellulite. There is:

  • at tension cellulite and,
  • at rest cellulite,

and these are two different forms that must be attacked differently in order to keep them under control. There are a great many of underweight ladies that have cellulite in certain areas, and even there are a great many active, and sporty ladies who have both types. Losing weight can remove the appearance of some of the cellulite, but it is better that’s a good diet has been kept in check before cellulite becomes a problem and then it will be much easier to control. Of the cellulite, either type, has established, it is a hard problem to resolve. The easiest to resolve would be at rest cellulite, which is the type of cellulite that shows when you are standing still and appears to be a flabby dimpling of the skin. This can be controlled with regular exercise, machine massaging, and to a lesser extent a good diets.
