One of the least understood points concerning antiaging creams is that these creams are fighting a losing battle if the individuals do not accept additional precautionary methods to help these creams work most effectively.  We are talking about having a good healthy nutritional diet .

Skin cells often harbor many toxins, these toxins are by products of cells division and other metabolic rate and functions that carry on within the body.  Some of these toxins enter the body through the food that we eat.  Having a healthy eating diets greatly contributes to the physical health.  Our body, and cells, need a vital nutrient and minerals for normal day-to-day functions.  Unfortunately, many of the foods that we eat, contain many compounds that we do not want.  Our bodies do a very good job in removing these toxins, and other waste products, but, there are a great deal that are left behind contaminating parts of the body, and even, hindering cell division and growth.

As you get older, cell function becomes damaged through a variety of factors.  We have already discussed the effect of ultraviolet rays on cell structure, growth and division, but there is also another problem which calls this a similar situation and this is through the food we eat.  No matter how many precautions we take against sun damage, there is always going to be some damage, and this must be tackled in other ways.
Cells become damaged off their exposure to ultraviolet rays, mostly it is free radicals and toxins which are to blame.  To remove toxins it is necessary, to drink plenty of water , and this will help our liver and kidneys to function better and to better remove waste products from the bloodstream.  To remove free radicals is a far more complex process.  This requires the ingestion of foods that contain high levels of antioxidants.

These antioxidants are found in a great many foods and drinks, although a lot more in some than in others.  Green tea has often been charged with these antioxidants, and this makes an excellent beverage that can be taken on a regular intervals.  Foods that are rich in action antioxidants are the majority of the vegetable family, this includes non green vegetables, particularly those that are orange in color, ripe citrus fruits, all kinds of berries, dried fruits such as apricots and prunes, soybeans and broad beans are especially high in genistein, red wine, and of course, tea.  Foods containing vitamin B, are good giveaway as vitamin B, is a good antioxidants and has always been renowned for it ability to improve skin and hair growth as well as health.  Cereals have often been known to also be very high in antioxidant properties, coupled with added it means and minerals, most breakfast cereals have unbeatable value at the table.  Vitamin A, C, E, are essential for the body to function correctly and especially for skin health.  Sources of zinc are also essential for cellular health, these the found in fish, chicken, whole wheat products including cereals, cod liver oil, and in certain nuts, incidentally these are all so great sources of trace amounts of selenium.

Foods that are rich in oils contributes greatly to the amount of collagen that the body can produce, as well as providing essential fatty acids that the body most definitely demands.  As you can see a healthy eating habit, using natural, fresh, in season foods is essential for good long life and tiptop health.
