What is retinol

Natural forms of retinol can be found quite easily in butter, cheese, egg yolk, fish, such as salmon, tuna, and various meats.  Understandably, for health reasons individuals tend to avoid these products because of the amount of other problems they implicate, such as cholesterol, gout and blood pressure.  It is not necessary to eat huge amounts of these products, but it is necessary to eat orange and red colored vegetables with them.  This can make a very tasty meal, that also help with fighting the signs of aging.

The main reason that we need these colored vegetables when we are eating this type of animal products food is because we need the beta carotene [Vitamin B] to utilize and convert the vitamin A to retinol and various other retinol products and derivatives.  Therefore we do not need to eat so much of this high-protein food we just need to make the body efficient in absorbing it.

Vitamin A is also a major ingredient in anti cellulite creams, this is much for the same reasons.  Retinol can be used many times in a single day when used topically.  Care must be taken when going out in bright light because light makes retinol react on the surface of the skin, and this can lead to rashes and reddening of the skin.  It can also degrades very far when exposed to light, this means your expensive cream will be worthless within minutes.  It makes good sense to have a sunblock agents handy when you expect to go out into the sunlight.
